What’s New

 Ancient Greek Philosophy:

Heracleitus, 5th Century BCE
-What is in opposition is in agreement, and from things that differ the most beautiful harmony comes.

A-tonality cannot create harmony.  If you and I sang the same note, we would hear stagnation of soung.  However, if we sang opposing notes (or chaos), a harmony and cosmos (order) would be created.  Therefore it can be assumed that one cannot have cosmos without chaos.  So, cosmos is created through chaos.

In other words, how is everyone?  I’ve started my classes, I just got home from my Ancient Philosophy class, had some lunch, and came to write, because I have not in quite a long time.

Classes are good so far, started last Wednesday with Film/Bio (it’s a dual class)  about Health.  It should be interesting.  We watched a movie the first day… so… yeah.  That’s pretty good.  Thursday was Yoga and Ancient Philosophy (my day of looking inside myself)  Both were good.  No class on Friday, and Monday was a holiday so no class then (usually Film/Bio again).  Tonight is my final class to start - Sign Language!  I’m very excited about this class, I think it is going to be fantastic.   I’ve always wanted to take Sign Language, and was fascinated by the person that would give the 2 pm tours at the House of Innovention in Disney.  I  have to leave soon to go back to school, I came back after class this afternoon.

So, that’s what’s up in my life right now.  I’m going to be a trainer in the Cafe at work, finally.  And I’m going for the coveted RED APRON  at work. We all wear black aprons in the cafe, but if you become a “coffee expert” you get to wear the red apron.  I’m taking the test for it.  YAY.  I think that’s it for now, I gotta drink my tea, and get to class.  Until next time!
